First National Bank
No response from Premier Banking

I've sent several communications regarding an issue with PayPal integration (this includes the paypal@fnb address). i have not received received any communication. After that, tried to contact my premier banker regarding this issue a week ago and I even received the following auto-reply from FNB :

Thank you for your message on 2013-08-19 at 10:26:07.It has been sent to your Premier Banker, Kea Mabitsela, who will respond within one business day.

it is now five (5) business days later and not even a peep.

I pay for the premier banker, now provide the service
