Disappointing service

Initially I was very excited about the whole premier platinum banking idea that I was offered. The idea of a private banker and experience was something I looked forward to. Only to be very disappointed when actually dealing with a consultant. I called the premier line to enquire about vehicle finance, to which I was advised that I would be forwarded an application form or I could be transferred to wesbank. I was advised that pre approval could not be carried out, I requested the application form and to be transferred to wesbank. I waited on the line, only to be promised a call back. I was promised application forms for vehicle finance as well. I received nothing. No phone call, nor any documents. Very disappointing!
