I received a phone call on Friday from FNB. After asking the person to phone me back in an hour, he said he would after telling me that it was apparently about my tablet order. After promising to phone me back, he didn't.
I then asked FNB Premier what this was about (on Sunday night). I received an auto-response saying they'd get back to me in 24 hours. They did not. I am still in the dark as to whether there are new costs, or if there is a problem etc.
Being part of the very few FNB clients who have access to the Premier suite and a personal banker, I must say, i am completely disappointed in their service.
