My FNB Premier Banker resigned, and I was not notified of this until after he had left.
This was around the 20th of December when I was told that he had left, and I was left without a banker.
It is now more than a month later, and I have yet to be assigned to a new banker.
I have queries which I need to be attended to, and I do not like having to deal with a different person each and every time.
Come on FNB, this is not how things are done.
