I'm very dissapointed and disgusted with Nedbank. My husband has his own business and things are going a bit tight for us at the moment. I have phoned on the 13/03/2013, Eric from Home loans, 0860 555 111 Reference number 705183976 to make arrangements. He was rude, he didnt even tried to help me to make some arrangement, (I HAD A PLAN TO GET IT REDUCED AND HE JUST REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT) all he said was he wants the outstanding monies by the end of the month. Now a deposit was made to our business account and the bank took the monies to make some payment on our home loan (its not even the end of the month yet).
I am sick and tired for banks that' doesnt even try to help their customer.

which bank can we go to now? Cause FNB, Standard Bank and Now Nedbank... the worse service EVER
