Why am I not surprised? Shocking

So I am still having issues with the same revolving loan I have had since beginning of the year. As I am not sure as to whether I have a foot to stand on I requested the original contract from FNB's info email adrss. They AGAIN referred me to the wrong department who simply said they cannot help me and gave me a number- as always. I'm a platinum card holder but was never notified who my banker is. Even though you pay a premium for that. O and they are charging me double interest. I pay a fixed monthly fee and on top of that they are adding interest p/m. I would say the managers at this particular branch are incompetent and the personnel. But then this changes into the branch making false promises because they need to have a good corporate image and my actual issue falls to the wayside. Its crazy that [Email Removed] can't even refer me to the right department as this is their JOB!?!?!
