Standard Bank is worst bank. After this im will be taking my business to other companies who are serious about customer service. Savings account, Credit cards, Legal Assit policy and Building structure insurance im taking all this business of mine to other companies. I have been loyal since 2006 but clearly this is not working for me. After i made it clear that they shouldn't send the funds paid into the home loan account back to the source, they jusy did for the second time this month. I think NedBank or Capitec will be my new home. or I forgot im buying a new car and i will make sure it doesnt get financed by Standard Bank. Standard Bank is the worst bank ever. I will only be trapped with their home loan and will pay it as soon as possible.
