Pathetic Feedback and Service from Nedbank Homeloans...
First off ive been a Nedbank Customer for over 15years!! AND WILL close all my accounts as a result of this incident!
So we had a OTP for a House, went to Nedbank Hatfield and Banker tells us to do online Home Loan Application as it is faster and you will get approval faster than she can help.
So we do Online application, submit all documents.
Nedank never phones Us to confirm anything... So today get a 100 word letter saying Home Loan is Declined. And reasoning is ridiculous to say the least, saying i cannot afford the Home Loan, I obvisouly made the sums and did the calulations and used your Afordability calculator as well as 10other. My credit rating is 956!!
Now my gripe here is Nedbank did not do ANYTHING, did phone and ask if they can extend the Home Loan to 30years or if we give bigger deposit. NOTHING. Their call center is ALSO USELESS and no-one picks up i have been holding for over 5 minutes 3times now.
SO if you are considering on buying a House PLEASE do not Consider using NEDBANK, they are not concerned about getting ANY Business, they don't make an effort to Help you whatsoever!
