Billing on a wrong date

Nedbank Home loans have billed my home loan account 8162483859801 on the 15th of each month from Jan 15th 2013 and again on February 15 2013. I have no idea why they have gone and changed our arrangement without and communication or discussion with me. I do not get paid on the 15th of any month and never have been. This has created a bad record on my ABSA account where they are taking the debit order from and obviously I am now a bad payer with Nedbank as well. I tried to make a cash payment at the Gateway, Umhlanga branch on the 16th of January 2013 and was told that the account does not exist.
On 18 February 2013, I called the customer services of Nedbank home loans and was refered to Client Credit Management Department who also refered me to the Complaints Department. I want Nedbank Home Loans to write a letter to my ABSA bank to clear the bad record of unpaid debit orders as it is tarnishing my credit profile.
