15 MARCH: RESTRUCTURING

Dear NEDBANK MFC
Last week I received a sms from you saying that you are handing me over to the credit bureau. This is now after I have send you a letter on 13 February (see below) request that the following actions take place. This morning I have received another call saying that you have not received payment. Can you please rectify this utterly poor service.

APPLICATION TO RESTRUCTURE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT NUMBER: 54218530001

I am writing this letter to apply for restructuring of repayment of my maroon Citi Golf 2008-model. Can you please assist with the following three requests:

1. Send me a quotation to restructure my repayment;
2. Upon acceptance of the quotation, can you please bring account up to date; and
3. Change my debit order to the 15th of every month with the first debit order going off on 15 March 2013 (calculated according to the new structure).
