INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER DATE AFTER CONFIRMATION

I sent an email on the 30 April 2013 in order for my debit order to come off on the 1st of every month as from the 1st June 2013.
I received a confirmation email on the 8th May 2013 to say that this has been changed and a repayment schedule has been emailed to me where I will pay an amount less than previously agreed because I am changing the date of my debit order (I do not agree with this either as I do not want to prolong my instalment with MFC)!
I received a text message this morning to say that my debit order amount for the finance of my car has gone off (dated 27th May 2013).
I have spent half an hour explaining my complaint to 3 different people at MFC. The last lady that was able to help me said that she would speak to her line manager about refunding the money as I wanted a refund today as this situation is unacceptable as the amount should only have come off on the 1st June 2013. She said that instead of 10 working days she could only refund the amount in 2 working days!

I find this unacceptable!

FNB have charged me for the amount debited and when this amount is taken off my account I expect MFC to return the charged funds to my account as MFC were in the wrong!
