I signed a homeloan with NEDBANK and on the contract they stipulated that the first debit order for the house will be on the 1st April 2013, however on the 31st March 2013 they started debiting my account and was horrified to find that they had said something but done something different. The contract that I signed clearly stipulated that the first payment will be on the 1st April, even the statement that I received on the 27th February 2013 states that the debit order will go off on the 1st April 2013, but now I'm sitting in a dilemma in a sense that I no longer have any funds in my current account for the rest of the month as I didn't budget for this unexpected horror. I've got debit orders that will come and bounce and I WILL need NEDBANK to sort this out as well. Could NEDBANK PLEASE rectify this!!!
