DEBIT ORDER DATE CHANGED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

My debit order date for my personal loan was unilaterally changed by Nedbank without my permission. I received an sms on 15/3/2013 telling me that it was being moved from 25th to 22nd March.
I went into the branch 23 February as the same thing happened February when the bank tried to deduct the payment on the 22/2/2013.The consultant was rather non- nonchalant telling me i had to phone the call- center and that 3000 clients was affected. I called and was told to send in my bank statement which i have not done. Why should i have to pay for a statement when the bank is at fault. I have never missed a payment now all of a sudden 2 months in a row i will incur penalties for unpaid debit orders and it will also look as if i am a bad payer. NEDBANK has no legal right to change any condition of this contract yet they do as they please with impunity. My reference no for my complaint to the bank is FL557701
