FALSE ACCUSATIONS FOR NON PAYMENT

I'M EXTREMELY IRATE AT THIS PRESENT MOMENT.

DEBIT ORDER GOING OF MY ACCOUNT UNDER YOUR REFERENCE NUMBER ON 16 FEBRUARY 2013 (DEBIT ORDER IS APPARENTLY ONLY SUPPOSED TO RUN ON 17 FEBRUARY), AND TO CROWN IT ALL I STILL GET CHARGED A FEE FOR A DEBIT ORDER WHICH YOU INSTATED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

TODAY, 25 FEBRUARY 2013, I RECEIVE AN SMS FROM YOUR COMPANY AND I QUOTE: "Goodday, You FAILED to honour your repayment arrangement with NRR regarding your Nedbank account. Contact us URGENTLY on 0861 126 326 Ref: TPMA4462.

HOW DARE YOU SEND OUT SUCH AN SMS.

DESPITE ALL THIS, I GET TOLD ON THE TELEPHONE THAT YOU WON'T SEND OUT AN APOLOGY SMS.

AFTER SPEAKING THE NRR ON THE TELEPHONE ON THE 25/02/2013, WHAT HAPPENS ANOTHER DEBIT GOES OFF ME ACCOUNT FOR R200.00. THESE FUNDS ARE STILL NOT REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT.

HOW DISGUSTING... TODATE NO ONE FROM NRR HAS BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THESE ISSUES.
