Thulisile FNb consultant has very bad attitude

I phoned in November 2012 when I had a misfortune in the family and am the only breadwinner, to either make payment arrangement with Fnb or restructure my account. The 1st person I spoke to, said restructuring of accounts was discontinued can only do arrangements however it was already close to my debit date thus it wont be possible to stop debit order from their side but can do it @ the branch which I then did. I had asked for 3 months and was gonna restart my normal payment in February 2013, to my suprise in December another debit order went off my account & had to reverse it. I then honoured my arrangement by phoning in February to ask how much I was in arrears with & made the payment accordingly. Since February 2013 I have been getting numerous calls regarding my FNB loans that were in arrears. I made the payment on the 13.02.2013 & forwarded my proof of payment to : [Email Removed] and again on the 16 March 2013 to Phuti [Email Removed] both these consultants promised to do allocation of funds. Spoke to Thulisile today who had bad attitude, please listen to the call & get back to me. I need this resolved and want apology letter from Thulisile.
