R250 for a glass of wate

Guys, this is simply ridiculous. You advertise that you can go to the Slow Lounge at the Airports as a Value Add to your Platinum customers and this is a free service. All I had was a glass of water and I'm charged R250-00. I queried this with your Premier Banking dept and they advised me that their are terms and conditions to this. Why hasnt this been diclosed to me... How misleading and [URL Removed] on FNB... I expect my money to be refunded to me as I didnt authorise this transaction.
