FNB have just been debiting my account for the R250/person Slow Lounge fees. Why cant the person at Slow Lounge Reception tell you that its no longer free across the board. You pay R250 to access Slow Lounge not negotiable. They started the marketing ploy and made it free in the beginning then they quietly started charging people and because they have access to your account they can just debit it. This is really bad practice.
