Unexplained SLOW Lounge charge

On 3 February I attended the supposedly free SLOW Lounge in OR Tambo airport. I return from my trip to find out that I've been charged R250 for the experience, contrary to the promises of my contract with FNB one of which was free use of the SLOW Lounge on domestic trips.

I phoned FNB Premier division today (11 February) to be told that the nature of the contract has changed and I now need to swipe for R5000 before I can use the lounge for free and that I only swiped for R500 during the month of January, which is also not true. I was not told that this was a requirement when my account was upgraded.

What should've happened is that the nice lady at the desk of the SLOW lounge should've told me I was going to be charged and I would've turned around and left.
