Just a bad taste

In early December a person drove into my car. I decided that I will claim from my insurance for my car and let Oakhurst handle the procedure. I had to drive to the police department for a copy of the detailed accident report. I had to pay R150 for a copy of this form which Oakhurst needed for a claim. I then got informed that I should take the car to the panel beaters for a quote. Apparently the only panel beaters in the whole of Johannesburg that they deal with is in Sandton, which is about 40 minutes on average away from where I stay. You cannot possibly make me believe that they are the only panel beater in the area that can fix my car. Took the car there anyway, they couldn't help me (everyone was too busy or out), so they made me fill in a form and they emailed me a "generated quote" (No one even saw the car while I was there).

2 Months later, they phone me to take the car in (Suprised!), so I did. Got a rental car with the money that Oakhurst paid into my account (The money paid was for 2 weeks rental).

The two weeks are over, my car hasn't been fixed yet, and they only come up with excuses from both Oakhurst and the panel beaters. How do I get to work next week?
