Slow lounge fees

Earlier this year I upgraded to the Platinum Cheque card option due to the slow lounge option. They said to me my account must be in good standing to qualify for free access at the slow lounge. Last week a I visited the slow lounge twice under the impresssion it is free because my account is in good standing. Now they debited me with R250 x2 saying that I dont met the qualifying criteria. I was never informed about the qualifying criteria. I was so impressed with fnb and change from absa to fnb last year. But now I am so sorry about my decision. I am going to close my account again if this fees is not corrected on my account. How can you charge fee for something I was not informed about? That is the reason why I upgrade due to the free lounge facilities.
