Premier client - SLOW LOUNGE

Was informed as a Premier card holder that I have free access to the Slow Lounge, I accessed the Slow Lounge 26th Dec with my family only to discover R1000.00 was deducted from my account which equates to R250.00 per head. Daylight and misleading advertising. I called the Premier Consultant and was informed I had not yet spent R5000.00 in order to qualify? I asked the receptionist if I qualify with my family and at no point did she tell me that it would cost R250 per head. I question the fact that the receptionist on the Slow desk has not been trained to inform clients properly. I am horrified and certainly cannot justify R250.00 for a scone and a coffee. This is without a doubt lack of communication on FNB Premier's part. Highly Disgusted. Montey Leonette
