This is my third post on the same issue... where my slow lounge fees has still not being refunded.
After you escalated the complaint Tracey, the premier lounge called me on Monday.
" Mr Stevens we will refund your R1000 in the next three days, the manager has said he will NOT refund the other R250 you spend on the slow lounge" which is understandable. I admit I was wrong to think I have 6 visits in a month.
IT IS NOW DAY FIVE AND THE "CLEVER" MANAGER IN CAPE TOWN HAS NOT REFUNDED ME AS YET. IS HE NOT IN BREACH OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT ETHICS OF WHAT FNB STANDS FOR.
I ALSO REQUESTED THAT MY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT BE REMOVED FROM THAT OFFICE.
TRACEY CAN YOU PLEASE APPOINT A PERSON TO ASSIST ME. THERE IS ZERO SERVICE FROM THE CT OFFICE I HATE TO POST ON HELLOPETER BUT HAVE NO OPTION NOW.
