Charged for Slow Lounge

I recently visited OR Tambo airport and decided to go into the slow lounge due to my flight being delayed. I made sure that my FNB Cheque account met the requirements in order not to be charged for this: minimum of R16500 deposited into my account and at least R5000 spent of that. Despite this, FNB has charged me R250 for visiting the slow lounge and has not refunded this amount to me after almost a week. I have sent emails to the customer care where they "promise" to get back to you within 24 hours, however, I have heard nothing.

I am disappointed in these empty promises and offers from FNB.
