Money taken no explaination

My name is Letsema Mokoena I bank with nedbank an amount of R700 was deducted from my account last month i went into the Rosebank mall branch to query this but was told to fill in a form and wait for 24 hours which i did. after a week i called as no one bothered to call me they then told me they are investigating. now after a more then 45 days i was sent an email to say i need to go back to the branch i will get a response there i did and guess what no one at the branch casn tell me where the money went every one is unhelpful and am closing my accoun this is hte worst service i have ever gotten and still i dont know where R700 of my hard earn cash went so well done Nedbank well done!!!
