Bending ME over backwards!!!

Outsurance is taking their time to resolve my car issue

o My car was deliver to outsurance yard (by outsurance towing guys) on the 16th of February IN DRIVING CONDITION
o At outsurance Midrand yard the car windscreen was not covered and therefore the car got flooded.
o At outsurance Midrand yard some electronics were removed/tampered with. Therefore the vehicle is not running. (BMW has confirmed this and advised that the car is not financially viable to repair) we wanted to report this incident to the police by was advised by you not too by Outsurance.
o I was then sent a picture of the engine compartment to show that all was intact in the car only to discover that the picture was a cause it was not of my car.
o The car was then towed to SMD Boksburg and was pending approval to be sold - This was confirmed by SMD that they got the instructions from outsurance. We were not notified of this sale.

I am really appalled by the service and lack of communication from outsurance. The car is currently at home in a non drivable condition and are waiting for outsurance to resolve this matter.
