Trying to get money

I NEEDED MONEY URGENTLY AND ALL I HAVE IS THE MONEY AT NEDBANK NEDTERM INVESTMENT ACCOUNT, in desperation i called the call centre to see if its possible to get the money even without meeting the requirement that the money needs to be in the account for 32 days and i was told its possible but they will charge me fees of which im fine with it, they refer me to go to any branch as their system doesnt allow them to do so and i went to sunninghill branch where i was told the money is not available for release until 32 days pass, attempting to talk to the branch manager didnt help as her system is not allowing her to release the money as well.i called the head office in santon and they put me back to the same call centre and they cant help me.i gave up on nedbank, i really dont know if i must still bank with them.surely something can be done as long as there is money in my account that they can take later when they decide to release it.im so with nedbank.
