Nedbank, you are not the leader in banking

Nedbank keeps on deducting my personal loan on the 21st of the month, my salary not even been paid in, how do they just keep on doing it and penalise me for it by double deducting after it is your ake, listen to the conversations, i ask you not to do it as you are taking food money which i have to use for my family, what do i say to my kids, sorry, nedbank deducted again on the 21st, we will have food on the 27th again, it is nonsense that you just do it. Branch 2, lady at kiosk Nr 2 at eastgate showed me hom uninterested she is in her clients, could not wait to get rid of me, she told me straight, she cant help me, why is she then there. Greenstone, i was asked to leave the branch as they could not let my wife in as i made prior arrangements with the lady, then she just said that she did not understand me and i must please come back tomorrow as the bank is closing and there is not enough time to help me, i was already sitting about 30 min, come back the next day, bank opens about 30 min late, after 3 hours in the bank, i still cant transfer money as it says, You cannot perform any sensitive transactions, cell nr not activated, i waisted 3 days with Nedbank, you lack service skills.
