Worst customer service ever at Nedbank

Nedbank has the highest fees out of the banks yet their service is the worst, I pay almost R1500 a month in fees for my various accounts at Nedbank yet I probably get about R50 worth of service. I have had the following problems.
1. on the 18th June I deposited a cheque and cash, the money disappeared and only after numerous calls and driving to the branch The money finally appeared 2 days later no explanation given. The manager was so rude to me, when I phoned her she said I had to see her personally about the problem so I drove up town to the bank where she refused to see me but sent someone to tell me she was investigating the issue, I hadn't even given her any details. Now that the cheque has reflected in my account I will probably have to wait 7 days from the day they decided to put it in my account.
2. I had a company that I gave permission to debit R700 from my account and they just started deducting money from my account daily till I canceled the card. They landed up taking over R3700 from my account in a month. I reported it to Nedbank as they were refusing to refund the money but admitted to a fault in their system. No one at nedbank knows about the complaint.
