On the 26-02-2013 I made a cash deposit at the fnb atm cresta branch and I received a receipt saying " YOUR CASH DEPOSIT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL". after that i spoke to the lady at the branch and she filled in a ADT QUERY / CLAIM FORM and told me that the money will be put in my account later that night. the next morning of the 27-02-13 the money was deposited in my account but was still R700 short, I made an atm deposit of R6700 but only R6000 was refunded. when i called the cresta branch they told me, that was the only money they found and there is nothing they can do about my R700 that was still short. R700 is a lot of money to loose and not have any answers about its where abouts.
