First National Bank
IPAD Order Online

I ordered a IPAD online through FNB banking online.

I was told that I need an overdraught facility, so I went out of my way to go into an FNB branch and got one put in place.

I applied for the IPAD on the 13-11-2013 and recieved an sms that my appilcation had been recieved. I recieved another sms on the 19-11-2013 informing me that my application had been approved but FNB is experiencing a stock shortage and they will inform me when they have more stock.
On the 27-11-2013 I recieved another sms identical to the sms I recieved on the 19-11-2013.

I am getting so annoyed because all I want is to get my IPAD and I had to phone FNB on 0860102970 to get some feedback from FNB and all I got told was that they will now escalate my complaint after me having to call them again, and they then tell me that it takes 48 hours before anyone will contact me with a date as to when I may be able to get my IPAD.

I find it incrediable that I have to chase and follow up FNB to buy something from them - they obviously don't care because I am just an ordinary "small" client to them.

They then send me an email asking me if I will recommend FNB to family or friends - and my answer is NO!!!
