POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I got retrenched form the company i was working for in September 2012, i filled in the necessary documents and my employer sent them to NBC. I was told to wait 3 months for the pay out but nothing can in so i decided to call NBC and do a follow up. When i called i was told that they can't find any records of me on their system and the person who was handling that account resigned i must resend them all the necessary documents. I did as told i sent everything to a lady. She called me to say i must fax my ID and bank statement which i did and she gave everything to Mrs Jessica Sign from then i have been sending her emails and calling her (010 206 0804) no answer and when she finally answers she gives me an excuse that she has not been in the office she will get back to me as soon as possible she just needs to get more info. on my claim. That has been going on since January till now, no one has called me to let me know what is the problem every time you call you speak to this rude lady (Adelaide) i asked her to put me through to the customer complaints department and she tells me their telephone lines are down or hangs up on me. Can somebody help was employer paying the money
