Insuarance and courier fees for Ipad

I was a very happy FNB customer until I received my Ipad. I went to the Idot store in Eastgate Mall. I applied for an ipad mini and it was approved. I received my ipad immediately. The lady then told me about the insurance they offer. She then told me that someone from FNB insurance will phone me to find out if I'm interested. On the 24th July they have send me my policy document stating that I have insurance. I have phone and email to cancel it. The debit order went off, so I phoned them again. And I had to go through the whole process again to cancel the insurance. And then today I saw that courier fees went off my account. When I phoned them they told me that this fees are charged when they deliver the ipad to you. I received my ipad in store. This is unacceptable... I had to incurred telephone costs 3times to sort out problems that wasn't even my fault and go through the whole process. My fianc? was thinking of getting an ipad aswell, but after this mess, not a chance!!! I don't know where the problem is, probably at the store. Your staff should get training on how to submit an application the way the deals was done. Didn't ask for insurance and it wasn't delivered
