No feedback call back bad service

I had a loan with wonga in february 2013 for R500 had to repay R669.96 my pay date is the 28th of every month on the 28th of frb 2013 a debit order went of for R669.96 from my bank account but my account was not credited after numerous phone calls to them which you had to hold for more than 15 mins each time and 3 emails later with copy of my bank statement i eventually got the following info that my loan was till the 27th of february and that i still owe them R60.00 odd rand does not make sense as my pay date is the 28th of every month why would i make a loan for repayment on the 27th even on my bank statements it states the 28th it cost me a lot more than R60.00 to phone them to find out what is goiing on who is goiing to cover my costs and why could they not tell me the first time they phoned to demand payment and have prevented this bad service
