I have a personal loan with Nedbank that I repay diligently via debit order every month, and every month Nedbank changes the debit order date as they see fit. It started off being the 27th of the month, then in March it was the 28th and for the last two months it's moved to the 25th. I don't structure my finances around accommodating you Nedbank. If you move the debit orders I can't always guarantee there will be enough money in the account to cover the payment - in which case you will penalise me. No wonder no-one wants to bank with you. Keep this up and I will move all my accounts, including my home loan, to another bank.
