I took a loan out in december of R1000, wonga was meant to debit my account the 31 of jan. i did a cash deposit the 28th of jan... a consultant refused to assit me when i requested the amount that had to be paid. so i deposited R1285 and immediately i transferred the balance of R102.77. my boyfriend and I deposited the money the same day as he also took out a loan. his payment reflected and mine didnt... i then went to absa bank, the bank wonga actually banks with and asked why wonga cant pick up that i had paid... absa had then checked and saw that wonga had recieved the money on the 28th. i have sent proof of payment numerous times and have called day after day to get feedback. but no response. keenan and charlene said they would arranged a call back for their manager to give me a call because i have had enough with dealing with incompetent sales consultant. no manager has called until today.. i am sick and tired of wonga and their pathetic service. they want to list me as a bad payer and blacklist my name as i already paid my account way before the money was due. i will now take legal action if nothing is done.
