I took out a loan from [URL Removed] during the month of march 2013, and the repayment date was 29th march 2013. Payment was made as per agreed debit order, and I have received proof that payment was received by wonga on the payment date as per agreement.
Going back onto my account, I cannot make use of the service as my payment date has not been reached and payment has not been made according to the automated system. I have sent numerous emails to wonga and phoned 3 times, to try and find out what the problem is but its been almost 2 weeks since then and the system is still the same.you never receive a call back or a email, just a recording you can't speak to anyone as nobody ever answers the phones the call back function does not work.
