PAYMENTS NOT UPDATED

Good Day

I had a cell phone contract with Bayport cellular after a year they offered me a loan which I took and settled the remaining cell phone contract payments. I was told that I could apply for further finance after a certain amount of instalments was paid.my bank account gets debited on the 27th of every month and then again on the 28th when I filled my contract I stated that my debit order date should be the 28th as I receive my salary on the 28th.i call in on Friday as well as today to apply for further finance the sales consultants advised I cant apply because my account is in arrears I explained to them that the first attempt is always unsuccessful because it goes off on the 27th however the 2nd attempt on the 28th is always successful. The agent didn't understand I said okay if im in arrears put me thought to the legal department which they did, the legal department advised that im not in arrears and should try and apply for a loan again which I did this morning, yet I got the same arrears story this morning which I was told on Friday even though I have never skipped a payment. Please assist me
