Nedbank are unable to open accounts online/telephonic since Friday 8th March. What a waste of time for new time customers. Well I guess many other banks are willing to take on new clients with open arms. What frustrates me is that the call centre agents dont get any feedback regarding this issue.
I'm told that their managers are aware of the situation and thats all they know. People are working on the issue but dont know when this issue is going to get resolved.
Well for starters get your IT department to do maintenance on your website (close the online portal and inform all customers that call in to open accounts of the situation)
