Please receive this as a compliment to Shane who was so patient with my 1000 emails going back and forth on the settlement of smart device.
I wanted to settle and needed more information on how to apply again. He efficiently and promptly actioned my settlement and then alerted me when it was done.
He then went a step further and got the applications call centre to call me for a new devise application.
If all queries were handled this way, more people would do business with FNB. Shane made it seem like i was the only query he was dealing with.
