My husband and I closed our accounts with Nedbank in January 2013,
To this day we still recieve Greenbacks statements, printed (one a scarce resource called paper) and posted with 0 balances reflecting on it.
I phoned the "helpdesk" and after being shunted from pillar to post and holding the line for more than 10 minutes no one could help me or transfer me to someone who could help me.
Melissa's anser is merely that the accounts are still open and that she cannot close the Greenbacks accounts.
I do not understand how the accoutns are still open if my husband and I closed them.
I am not going to a branch to re-do things that should have been done in January 2013 already.
