I dont know about anyone else but the only day i can get to the bank is on a Saturday. I went this morning to set up a new account but when i got arrived, there was only one person to do it as other people where for personal loans and business affairs (these people sat doing nothing). I sat for 45 min and waited while the one and only consultant took the WHOLE time to see to one client. I think its disgusting that service is so bad. Nedbank need not reply to this as i plan to ask for time off work on Monday to open accounts at ABSA and to close my account at Nedbank.
