I phoned the Nedbank call centre and spoke to a call centre services consultant by the name of Samatha Hunter who just told me that I cannot open up a saving account telephonically.
I'd like to know, how possible that is, as I opened up a current account the same way last year???

I'd like to open up a simple saving account for a Non-Profit Organisation that I am running. I cannot afford to go to the branch as I work Monday to Sunday.
Can you please tell me what's going on? Does Nedbank now have new systems going on where clients can't open up accounts telephonically??? It's pretty shocking to me as I've been able to do so, throughout my years, and had my cards, couriered to me with no hassle.

I emailed Sean De Necker, who previously me assisted me with my previous encounter at Nedbank. He too, fails to respond to my email.

With immediate effect, I will be swicthing banks, cancelling my current account with Nedbank, I honestly, cannot take this anymore
