Good day
I would like to report bad service we receive from the above insurance company I'm Mhlangabezi Ngwane, my wife was involved in an accident yesterday after work and we call them this morning 12/03/2013 at 09h00 in the morning and they promised to call my wife back to get tow the car and give the car-hire as we have the option with the insurance, but they wanted her to get Accident documents at the police station and we were told to pay R150 for that by Middleburg police and the insurance is telling us to pay that for them to process the calim, and they did not bother to call us back and check with the Tow guys untill i called them at 3 o'clock in the afternon and they claim to be calling my wife and she does not pick up and they have my number and my wifes e-mail for communication but they said if she drive the car in that condition they will not process the calim and they are not keeping to the promise they gave us and my wife have to go home with the same damaged vehicle... my wifes ID for claim is 7804270351081 and my number is 0717584304... I hope they can offer good service and i promise that after the claim is paid we will leave the insurance... Angry Clinet
