In 2008 I lost my my credit card, I stopped it and received a new one. I ask the bank several times to remove the old one from my internet banking that the still today haven't done yet. The problem now is that I transferred 12/12 R14 000 to old credit card by mistake from my savings. Immediately after that I transferred another R14 000 from my Current account to the correct Platinum Credit card. I tried to reverse the incorrect transaction from the incorrect card back to my savings, and it gave me an error Hot Card pleas retain! I phone Absa 0860008600 Spoke to 7 people just passing me on. the one person Theodora said to me that it is reflecting in my new Credit Card, I said to her it isn't it, it is a different transfer from my current what she sees. I ask to reverse that transaction and sehe just passed me on to another guy that said it will automatic be available after 24 hours in my new credit card. Well it is now more that 24 hours and nothing is available. The old credit cards balance is showing now zero so my money is gone. I phoned them again, it seems that nobody believe me that i have done 2 transfer. i am on holiday with out that money! No use to be platinum banke
