Totally Inconvenient service. Send money to the cash send service. At first the amount was R220, tried at 5 atm's to withdraw to no luck. Called the call center to find out I cannot send R20. I then cancelled the transaction and done R250. But yet again Transaction failed. The Total Inconvenience is the Money was sent to My sibling as he has no petrol to get home. So he wasted the little he had to drive from Atm to Atm! Then Absa says I cannot send R20?? This is false advertising as on the internet banking it states minimum R20??? I then change the amount and nothing! Call the call center from my cell at 6:32 and spent 15 minutes holding and speaking to consultants that had no idea what was happening! The Internet banking consultant said he would look into it call the number I transferred the money to and call me back and guess what??? He called neither. Anything could have happened. Banks claim to have fast and convenience services and fail when needed most and what will they tell me? We apologise like that will give me back my airtime and petrol wasted!
