I have been trying to withdraw money sent via cash send and have been receving error 55 "transaction not allowed" the sender called absa and they gave her the same withdrawal number yet I cant still access the funds. We cancelled the 1st cash send and done another one yet I still get the same message. This is really frustrating as I want to use the money.
