FAILURE TO PROCESS MY CLAIM

Last year on the 27-10-2012 my car was damaged by hail. I contacted my insurance immediately to lodge a claim. A claim was lodged successfully (claim no.359302). From there it was assessed and i was told about my excess amount to pay.

Weeks passed and I heard nothing from my insurance company and when i called them I was told they have a backlog and that I must wait until January 2013 and that the panelbeater (MACPRO) will call me to make the necessary arrangement. When no one called me from the panebeater I decided again to call my insurance and I was told again that the panelbeater will call me. I was also given the phone numbers of the panelbeater to call him, but that phone is forever engaged.

On the 11 March 2013 i called the insurance company and again I was told to call the company and their phone as always forever engaged.

Please help me because i am now confused. How can a claim of October 2012 still remain unresolved in March 2013. I even do not see any sign of it resolved because I always must call the insurance company, they do not even bother to check with me if I had been helped while every month they make sure they do not miss even a single monthly premium.
