In 2012-10-20 hail damaged my car i reported the matter to IWYZE explaining what had happeneda, they told me to take the vehicle for assessment which i did and later the panel beaters told me that the insurance had cancelled the claim, I was not contacted by the insurance but the panel beater, after few weeks of fighting with them in december i was then told that the panelbeater can only fix the car in april 2013 i refused i told them to arrange a nearer date according to them they did but now with another panel beater. i was given the panel beater's number who happened to know nothing about the claim, I contacted IWYZE and they insisted that they had submitted the claim, I requested a conference call and it was proven that IWYZE had not done their work properly. a date was set for the car to be taken to the panelbeater . the car was booked for the 18th of feb. took the car to the panelbeaters and guess what the assesor did not assess the whole car only the dents she left out the broken lights now the panelbeater is not going to fix the lights. i phoned IWYZE i was told to wait, am still waiting for them even today Their assessor has resigned and they dont know. I AM STILL WAITING
