Well i put a report on hello peter 2 weeks ago regarding my credit card application that was declined
i got a call from solomon lebethe abt an 3 hours after i posted it in hello peter telling me the that my affordability is still an issue, and that i should pay of my credit cards first and then apply.. i mean the whole point is that i would like to pay for one credit card instead of 2... i also explained that have an additional income which is abt 10k extra every month BUT FNB STILL can help???

i submitted my payslips to Mokoena, Khauta TWICE but no response or any confirmation that they have received it!!! i then emailed solomom to assist me no response from him either...

i get a sms (not even a phone call) to say its being declined again with no reason and that i have to call them???

is this customer service???

i contacted standard bank (email) regarding this an they are willing to assist me...

Regret moving to fnb, and i will advised friends and family not to as well!!!
