My car was badly damaged by hail on the 11th of November, so I phoned Virgin insurance to log my claim and was told that the Global Hail Company would phone me to make ban appointment to assess the damage. Well they didn't. Instead, Telesure phoned and I was told to take my car to the Boksburg Telesure assessment Centre on Sat 16th Nov which I did. My car was assessed and I was told the damage was very bad and they can't pop the dents out, so Global Hail can't do the repairs. It will have to go straight to a panelbeater, but someone will phone me during the next week to let me know which panelbeater the car has been booked with. I hear nothing, so I phone Virgin, who know nothing about the assessment. So I phoned Telesure who can't find the details of the assessment. I eventually several days later get a phonecall to say my car has been book in to have the dents fixed on the 20th of January next year. Alarm bells rang. After several phone calls and much frustration, I managed to get the message accross that the car was booked for the wrong thing. It had been booked with Global Hail! Can't Happen!
